They slide right over the corner of the phone for proper positioning. The 2X tele and polarizer can be bought bundled with a mobile phone case with flip-up corner to quickly slide the lenses into place, and the bundle costs a bit less than buying the lens and case separately.. Of course one of the nice things about mobile phones is the ability to have a camera in hand in a matter of seconds, enabling the capture of shots that would have been missed in the time it takes to set up a tripod.
