May the Best Content Win!

May the Best Content Win!
One of cool things about social networking is the possibility that anyone's quality content could rise to the top and get attention. So far Google+ has been difficult in that respect if you didn't have a bazillion circle contacts, get on all the right lists, or simply get lucky enough to have something featured by a top user (fortunately some of them are very generous about including others).

Now there's a way any photographer may break through the inherent Google+ caste system. It's semi-automated, semi-manual at first, but eventually the TOP G+ Photographs should be both an interesting place to browse for fascinating images, and a way for your work to find a broader audience.

If you're interested, follow the directions below, add your nominations TO HIS ORIGINAL POST HERE: https://plus.google.com/111873853137122484021/posts/X39aUxnBaQg and best of luck to you!

Thanks Jarek Klimek for continuing to innovate in finding ways to support quality content!

PLUS EXTRACT: Your DAILY dose of TOP G+ PHOTOS
Did you realize there were no daily sets of TOP photos on G+?

Flickr has its own way of finding and presenting the TOP shots daily. The same is true for 500px, for Smugmug and for many other websites that are popular among photography fans.

What about G+? The API is here and nothing can stop us :-)

Let me introduce the first set of TOP G+ photos!

PS: *YOUR photo could be in the supporter section in this G+ TOP!

How? It's easy:

1) Share publicly this G+ post

2) Choose one of the best photographs you have published on G+ and leave a comment with a link to the photo here. Jarek Klimek will manually choose one of those photos and place it at the supporter section in today's TOP!

  1. I love this place. I was shooting macro in Ward CO. when this honeybee took center stage.
