Tout is like "Twitter for 15 second videos"
I'm trying out the new Tout site, essentially a "Twitter for 15 second videos".  I had little use for text-based Twitter, but a short clip video site might be an interesting way for me to show preview video clips of current work in progress, before I have my next finished 3-7 minute video set to music.

This sample is from night shooting in Yosemite National Park the week before last.
