Export Your Past Google+ Posts To Tumblr (via WordPress)
Want to add your Google+ and/or WordPress content to your Tumblr blog? I've been using a WordPress plug-in Google+Blog by Daniel Treadwell to send my G+ posts with comments over to WordPress.
Yesterday I went a step further to export a few trail WordPress posts, including many from G+, over to Tumblr. Here's an example from the free trial:

The tool I used for the WordPress to Tumblr import is Import2 for Tumblr available at www.import2.com/tumblr/. If I decide to complete the transfer beyond the 10 trial posts, the pricing is $12 for up to 100 posts, $24 for up to 250 posts, $49 for up to 1000.
While this seems to be a one-time transfer, without the update functionality that Google+Blog provides for WordPress, at least my blogs will be "caught up" at one point in time, my Tumblr blog will be off to a running start with content, and I can choose which unique content to share over on Tumblr from that point forward.
One word of warning: if you have Tumblr set up to notify your Facebook or Twitter contacts of your new posts to Tumblr, it's best if you turn that functionality off just to be on the safe side and not flood anyone with notifications (or flood your Facebook timeline with posts).
