Backlit Cottonwoods in the Mist
Colorful cottonwood trees and morning mist at Topaz Lake, on the California-Nevada border.  Fall colors aren't over quite yet!

I shot this through the living room window. I stepped outside for the next few shots but the mist wasn't quite as high by then.
