The trip was so fun John Getchel. I was there with Jason Major of Universe Today, Ciro Villa, Lori Hibbett, Jen Vargas, Sivan Rehan, Scott Kingery, Colleen Parith, Astronaut Abby, Jeff Bond, Katharine Grayson , and about 145 more people filling 3 busses!
Thanks everyone, I highly recommend a visit to NASA's Kennedy Space Center , especially if you can also take in a launch! The #Orion launch was an experience of a lifetime.
Orionid Meteor Shower Last Saturday Morning (HD Timelapse Video) The Orionid Meteor Shower this year was a bit of a dud. I was shooting up at 11,000 feet in the White Mountains and ran my camera for about 4 hours, from 10:40pm Friday until 2:50am, well after the moon came up.
