Death Valley Wildflower Report, February 2016
I just passed through the Death Valley area last week, and explored wildflower conditions in the park from south to north:

I'll be returning to the park to lead a workshop March 1 - 6, to show other photographers what I've found:

Thanks Jeff I like to hear the honest reports. Things have not turned out as predicted when it comes to rain for so cal.
ReplyDeleteJohn Aydelotte The season was off to such a strong start in October through December. Hopefully the storms will start to break through again before the main storm season tapers off.
ReplyDeleteJeff Sullivan That is my hopes. I will make one more trip to death valley I hope before it gets too hot. I know that all it takes is a good rain anytime now to make it happen. I will keep watching the weather for sure. Hope to see you there.
ReplyDeleteJeff Sullivan Maybe we will run into each other. We are on a respite trip to the west coast and will be in Death Valley for 3 of the days you and your group are there. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful landscape.
ReplyDeleteRonald Varley I'll be in an old silver Chevy Suburban.
ReplyDeleteNick Gleeson Now's the time to go if you can make it.
