Jupiter, Venus, Moon Alignment from Sentinel Bridge
Yosemite Valley isn't the greatest place to see expansive views of the night sky, but I was fortunate to arrive at Sentinel Bridge over the Merced River right before the moon set behind the valley rim. I was able to capture this frame with the moon and Venus reflected.

ReplyDeleteFraser Cain Can't wait for the Venus Jupiter conjunction June 30! Tonight we'll get a nice line-up during evening twilight with a slim crescent moon, a bit like this one.
