See Most Popular G+ Posts From Your Favorite Photographers
Recently I shared information on the cool Timeline feature by Jari Huomo, which can analyze and rearrange posts from your G+ stream. He pointed out that he also has a Most Popular feature which can identify and display the most interesting posts from anyone's G+ stream. The site displays the top most popular posts large on black, in the following examples the top10 G+ photographers on the Top 500 Photographers list (http://gpc.fm/l/top500).

But wait, there's more! Jari Huomo recently created an MVP circle of 428 G+ users recommended by others, but in addition to the normal circle share, he created this matrix view which offers links to the "Timeline" and "Most Popular" views of their streams: http://www.googleplussuomi.com/mvp/

That can save you a lot of time looking up G+ IDs and pasting them into URLs! There are a lot of active G+ contributors on the list...     What a great post Jeffrey Sullivan! Thanks for sharing this valuable information :) Google+ API is broken currently , +1 amount is always 0. When it is fixed you might see totally different photos in your "Best photo" page :)

    Jeffrey Sullivan If people are actually going to use my list, I think I may need to update it. The top will reshuffle itself automatically but I'll bet the lower part of the list has changed a lot since I last updated it.

    Victor Bezrukov Make sure you try the Timeline view as well, which gives you 6 different ways to view posts in your stream. Apparently the "Best" view uses a different formula from the Most Popular view mentioned here.
