Orionid Meteor Shower Last Saturday Morning (HD Timelapse Video) The Orionid Meteor Shower this year was a bit of a dud. I was shooting up at 11,000 feet in the White Mountains and ran my camera for about 4 hours, from 10:40pm Friday until 2:50am, well after the moon came up. ReplyDeleteJets leave an exhaust trail that they far outstrip with their speed. Sometimes that is all that you will see of an aircraft- the trail that theyve left. In the sunset light- it can be beautiful, no matter how toxic it truly is.
