Early summer Milky Way over Bodie's Standard Mill
I didn't need to adjust the white balance or color in this photo.  The green in the sky is airglow, produced by the excitation of Oxygen atoms.  Our eyes can't quite pick it up, but the camera "sees" it easily.

Orionid Meteor Shower Last Saturday Morning (HD Timelapse Video) The Orionid Meteor Shower this year was a bit of a dud.
