2018 Bodie - Mono Lake Night Photography Workshops

2018 Bodie - Mono Lake Night Photography Workshops
Only one month to my first Bodie - Mono Lake workshop this year!

June 7 - 9 - Eastern Sierra & Bodie Milky Way night photography
The Milky Way rises low along the eastern horizon and rises to form an arch in the sky that can be captured in multi-image panoramas.
3 days/nights: Mono Lake, Tioga Pass, Bodie

July 5 - 7 - Eastern Sierra & Bodie Milky Way night photography
The Milk Way can still be captured as an arch in the sky in multi-image panoramas, and in single images can run corner to corner in landscape compositions, then vertical ones. On the same trip you can catch the Independence Day fireworks the night before in nearby Bridgeport or at Crowley Lake!
3 days/nights: Mono Lake, Tioga Pass, Bodie

September 8 - Bodie am Interiors & Milky Way night photography
We'll start with 6 hours of access to building interiors with the town to ourselves for the first half, then return after hours for night photography 6pm - 1 am. Due to an earlier sunset, late summer workshops offer roughly an extra hour of dark night shooting time for Milky Way, star trails and more. 1 day/night

October - TBD - Milky Way night photography and interior access
It can get chilly in October, but bundle up for our longest night sessions of the year in Bodie.
