Orionid Meteor Shower Last Saturday Morning (HD Timelapse Video) The Orionid Meteor Shower this year was a bit of a dud. I was shooting up at 11,000 feet in the White Mountains and ran my camera for about 4 hours, from 10:40pm Friday until 2:50am, well after the moon came up. I apparently have a Chrome extension which overloaded my (brand new i7, maxed RAM) laptop's resources, so I've been fighting it all day trying to shut applications and external drives down gracefully to lose as little work and as few files as possible. This isn't the first time it's happened either. If I can't get Chrome a more manageable and less destructive state, I may have to abandon it.
Chrome does tend to take up space, I've noticed. Wishing you luck, Jeff.
